The UPS draws on its internal battery to power the equipment plugged into it. It does not "pass through" lower voltages when the power returns, it just keeps consuming the battery.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your inquiry. It would depend on far low the incoming voltage is and what the sensitivity settings is on the UPS. At low sensitivity the unit would accept 78-142 volts. At medium sensitivity it would accept 88-139 volts. At high sensitivity it would support 88-136 volts. The manual would show the instructions on how to adjust the sensitivity on the unit. If the voltage is out of those specs the UPS would wait till it is back in then charge the battery to around 15% then power back on.
