Modern fridges and freezers are relatively efficient, with freezers only consuming around 42 Watts a day. A 1-2 minute power outage would have no effect on either. On the other hand, It is perfect for computers and modems. It can power my computer, at idle and with a few other device plugged in, for about 35 min. Plenty of time for a generator to turn on.

Unfortunately we really wouldn't have an UPS that would work well with the freezer and fridge since they tend to pull quite a bit of power when they start up or if the condenser kicks on. You would have to make sure to size the UPS correctly so it doesn't overload the UPS when they are starting up. The PC and the Starlink will likely work with an unit like the BN1500M2 since it supports 900 watts of power connected too. I would just confirm that that they don't draw over that.
