• This unit supplies up to 900 watts. It will easily power two CPAPs but not for an indefinite time. Maybe an hour?

• If your CPAPs use AC power directly, this is probably a bad idea (Inductive loads from the blower motor in the CPAP are probably too much for any small UPS.) If the CPAPs have a power brick that delivers DC power to the CPAP device, this might work and provide enough power to run one CPAP device for one night.
