Not advisable. It might run it for a few minutes tops. This is a power source for computer equipment. Sounds like you need a generator.

Electronics-oriented battery backups are designed to put out approximated sine waves on variable loads for short periods. Nearly all of them struggle or burn out when trying to power high-intensity transient-causing resistive loads like motors, compressors (like fridges/AC units), or eclectic heaters. They also are not rated for nor function well in wet, damp, outdoor, or splash-prone environments. I'll skip the science lesson, but while this device will likely work, it'll probably die fairly quickly or burn out. I'd strongly recommend getting a battery backup designed for this type of use; they're often made from marine-grade batteries and are sold for water systems at most home improvement stores.
