“Will this product supply steady power to power supply of computer while electricity is still on, or would this product increase resistance of power going to power supply”

Not sure what you mean by resistance, but for me it's supplying stable power to 2 monitors, a desktop and a switch including even a lamp and some smaller electronic devices.
