• I have this on my aquarium drawing 20 watts and the expected run time is 160 minutes so you should be good

• I think 90+ mins @ 30 watts is a safe assumption. Per the box estimates, you'll get 98 mins @ 40 watts. I've gotten ~30 mins @ 130-150 watts, which is in line with the box provided estimate of 35 mins @ 119 watts.
