“I’m trying to grasp an understanding of power output to battery backup life. I have a 32ch DVR system that’s pulling 300W & a 18ch 20A 12V Power panel to power cameras if I’m not mistaken is pulling 240W How long would this battery keep my cameras up?”

Doing simple marh, the real power is about 600 watts but your power factor may not be 100%. So duration should be about 10 minutes. Since you don't appear to have a controlling computer, you need a strategy when the battery runs down. Computers shut down at a preset battery condition, so you may want to over design the worst case power fault condition.
