Thank you for your interest in our products. It really depends on how much power the CPAP machines draws. From online search I would that the average CPAP machine pulls around 60 watts of power. If that is the power draw of the device you would get around 1h 13 min. If the power draw is higher the runtime would be lower. Also please note as well we don't recommend connecting our units to life saving devices.
