• Thank you for your interest in our products. The P11U2 would protect the connected equipment from incoming power surges on the utility line. However this would not act as a voltage regulator if the hot plate is causing power dips to the connected equipment. If the hot plate is causing power dips I recommend looking in our BackUPS Pro line which would have an automatic voltage regulator.
