• The USB plugs work well enough to fast charge my phone and smart watch so I'm going to say most likely it will be able to charge your devices.

• The USB outlets obviate the need for power adapters (transformers), so long as the output (2.4A, not sure if that's total or each) is sufficient.

• Thank you for your inquiry. The USB plug should work with the consoles. I would just double check the specs of the console to make sure what type of power the AC adapter requires. The ports on the surge protector are 5V and 2.4A.
