• A:Answer Yes. Make sure you create an icloud account and download all info (settings you can select what you want to be saved) . And when you log in to your new ipad make sure you use the email you saved all the info to.

• A:Answer I don't think you can add cellular after the fact, but you can use your phone as a wifi hotspot and your ipad can utilize the cellular from your phone. That's how I do it anyway; very easy to set up and cheaper for sure.
