• A:Answer You must be connected to WIFI to use WIFI with this model. There is a more expensive model that has WIFI built in, but I think you also then to pay for the service, like with an iPhone.

• A:Answer No it doesn’t come with one you can download one off the App Store or buy one from the App Store. I suggest procreate it’s worth the money and has a lot of features.

• A:Answer If you want to access the internet or download apps, you need WiFi. You don't need cellular service with it if you don't want to make calls or text people from it. The cellular service is optional and only available on certain devices, the WiFi comes on all of them as far as I know.
