• A:Answer I would backup my info on a regular basis on my old iPad(iCloud), so when I ended up upgraded to new one, the person at our Best Buy store made sure it was waiting and done. When I opened up new iPad and doing all the new start up things, a screen popped up asking if I wanted to complete the transfer.
