If you get the cellular enabled iPad, you probably won't get the contract price of $200.00 off the store price. It will work on Wi-Fi no matter what on any iPad. If don't get the cellular potion you lose out on getting GPS satellite nav. So if you plan on using it for moving maps and directions on a big screen, and $20.00 a month is in your budget plus data charges op for the combined Wi-Fi and cellular. Some people don't know that without cellular you loose GPS.

If you get an Apple watch access is $10.00 a month for the first three months, then it goes up to $20.00. If I remember correctly. Call the carrier directly to make sure. They run promotions throughout the year.

This is good for using the internet when there is no wifi available, but you can also connect to your phones Personal Hot spot... so... its a personal preference... do you pay extra for it to have its own internet or not.
