• If you purchase the Unlock Version of the 5G cellular iPad Pro the you’ll be able to insert any sim to be used in any country or state. If you purchase the WIFI version then you will need to have Wifi to be able to use the iPad Pro.

• This iPad is WiFi only so there is no cell service. You would need to look for one that says it has 5G included.

• The wifi vs can be used anywhere. As for cellular thats a completely different scenario.
