- Answer Upgrade for sure to the pro, if you are just wanting a new iPad the speed of WiFi will be better than the iPad 2 for sure that was one reason to upgrade and also you get iOS 12 and maybe more.

- Answer A tablet marked Wi-Fi and unlocked cellular can be used on both Wi-Fi end set to work on any of the major carriers cellular service.Best buy sells them that way so you can buy the tablet and then activate it with Sprint Verizon or AT&t which they have representatives for at all the stores

- Answer Yes, you can play you tube videos and Netflix. But if your asking about mirroring then no, you’ll need to buy the Apple TV. Also the iPad has USB type C wich let’s you connect it with a monitor. Your welcome
