I don’t know if BestBuy will but you can do it yourself and is very easy, in fact, when you turn it on and go through the setup it will prompt you to set your old ipad next to it and will download/transfer your old data onto your new iPad. Then after it finishes transferring everything (data, apps, pictures, etc…) it will ask you if you want to erase your old ipad. Erase before trading it in or giving to someone else.

They do have another Recommend Keyboard, that’s priced $199.00. On other sites (on line) there are company’s who say their Keyboard’s that can be used as well. But the Magic Keyboard Was Designed to work with it. The keyboard is really nice. It has several really nice components that’s makes it worth checking out. We bought mine in town so I could actually pick it up, and type in the keyboard. It’s at Best Buy. I’m not sure if the ithe stores are carrying them where they can also be touched, or if their order online only, shipped to you or pick up curb side like they were doing at Christmas, due to Covid-19.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just bought 3 days ago and download from old iPad did not go well. Had to do software update which stopped the download. I took it back to Best Buy for downloading help and was impolitely told that they could help for $175.00. I had just paid them $1700.00 for iPad, keyboard and pencil! They did say software download probably caused the problem. Will not but anything at Best Buy again.
