Yes, but you have to buy the Microsoft package deal at check out, and them continue to repurchase it every year in perpetuity!

I'm completely unable to tell you what the critical differences are between the Mac or Windows versions and the iPad differences, except to say, obviously, ya hafta go through Apple's protocols with files (the Files app, 'Locations', etc.).
