- Answer Apple was too cheap to add a $9 dongle to plug into your USB C charging port with all the money we paid for this iPad. You can either buy one of these dongles online or at select stores to use your regular headphones or buy a wireless Bluetooth headphone to pair with your iPad. Apple provides these with their new iPhones but not with any iPads. Hard to believe.

QuestionI was disappointed when I opened my new iPad the charger won't fit the new iPjhone & the ppower cord doesn't have a USB connector on one end. I cant connect the iPad to a power bank. Is there a power card with a USB connector available?

- Answer I had the same disappointment, though in my case I couldn't connect my new iPad Pro to my 3 year old Macbook Pro. Fortunately, lots of people make and sell the kind of cable we need. I've bought two USB-A/USB-C cables, neither from Apple, both work for communication. I assume they would also work for charging.

QuestionWhat type of editing can you with the pro. I do graphic design and photography and im in search of new gear I want something sleek and can edit on the go without carrying a laptop,the price of the pro is the same as the mac book so which would be best

- Answer As fantastic as the iPad Pro is, if you do serious design perhaps you should get the computer-like MacBook Pro or MacBook Air for speed, filing, etc. I think it depends on the type of design, like CADD vs free-hand. The Air is no heavier than the iPad with its cover/stand necessary for portability, but only the iPad has a touchscreen!

QuestionWhat is the maximum number of Bluetooth devices that can be connected at the same time? Keyboard, mouse, pen, headphones, etc.

- Answer Right now it does not support mouse. It will in October after software update. I’ve had 3 devices connected to it with no issues. Bluetooth on this device is new generation Bluetooth 5. It has increased bandwidth, so I don’t think more devices would be an issue.

- Answer Hello Lisa, Screen size, be it TV or laptop or tablet, is calculated diagonally... the specs heigh and width you mentioned are the actual physical size of the whole iPad with the bezel included. Hope this answered your question. Thanks -

- Answer Depends on what you want to do. This is a great device but it doesnt replace a full on desktop or laptop in my opinion.

- Answer Just cancel your preorder and head into the store and get it. The stores have been getting shipments every day and have had stock consistently. The Best Buy preorder system is an absolute joke, no use in using it.

- Answer An Open box iPad Pro 12.9 256gb is what I bought. I saved $350 by buying an open box model. Im assuming that it must have been purchased before Christmas and returned right after Christmas (maybe it was a gift). The iPad came in a pristine original box with all the original accessories and paperwork. The iPad was flawless. It still had Apple’s one year warranty, but I also bought Apple Care plus. Buying open box is a great value! (I also bought my Apple Pencil open box and saved $29!)

QuestionIn the Features section, the website states that the iPad Pro 12.9" does not have a stylus dock. But, on the specifications of the iPad 11" under the same section it says it has a charging stylus dock. Does that mean the Pencil can't stick to this iPad?

- Answer Hey, I would like to recommend that you get the IPad due to its seamless compatibility with the Apple Pencil. However, I know that Graphic Designers will use Desktop versions of software such as Adobe Photoshop which be compatible with the Microsoft Surface. Best of luck!

- Answer You can not physically connect to a printer . You can print wirelessly to the printer if supported . Each printer manufacturer has an app that makes it easy to print anything from it

- Answer Because of the new generation of Smart Connector the only real contender at this point is the Apple Keyboard Folio. Upside this is pretty lightweight and low profile. It does a great job of protecting both the screen and the back of the iPad Pro. The usual companies such as Logitech and Belkin have not yet made a keyboard case for the new generation of iPad Pro. You can, of course, use ANY bluetooth keyboard.

- Answer Make sure the protector is made for the version of iPad Pro you get. The 2020 one is second generation and varies from the others.
