Do you have a receipt? Does it show the activation? Contact the store they should be able to assist you.

Maybe you entered the wrong code. Maybe you entered the code not under tear off strip. Otherwise take back to store & make sure they activated it with your receipt!

Usually, the store has to activate it before you can use it, as a theft deterrent. Perhaps they can activate it if you provide them the proof of purchase.

Take your receipt back to where you purchased the card so that they can properly activate your card.

I think you should go to the store where you buy it, they can help you. There are many fraudulent cards.
