If Best Buy doesn't, Apple can recommend a certified technician in your area. I wanted to increase my ram, so I got the name of a certified technician in my area and they told me this machine was built plenty fast and that I should use it before I upgrade. I took their advice and haven't had any cpu issues at all!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought an upgrade kit and did t myself. Much Easier than I thought just pay attention to detail. Unless you are completely all thumbs. Don't worry these kits are for you. Just pay attention to detail and follow the online videos religiously. I don't care who says what 8gb is only good for internet surfing and some Office applications. Doing anything video 16 is the minimum and those who say they don't do video apps will if they can and you need 16GB minimum for most anything. My memory optimiser shows 8GB s almost always used to the max in just normal usage. Kit wass $150 including 16GB of high quality memory all the tools and adhesive strips you'll need plus a nice set of tools and screen removal suction cups. The only room I need was on a card table and a couple of flexible bright lights and a good flashlight . All too make it easier for you..
