Yes it can handle Light room, I currently run AutoCad and Photoshop at the same time, and the computer does not slow down at all, and it great for graphics.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can install all that. No, it will not slow it down. I have Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Indesign and Premier installed with no issues. For multitasking, or video, might want the 27". But the 21" will work just fine.
