• iPhone 7 yes. iPhone 4 no. iPad yes. Just know this uses usb-C to lighting. Therefore you’ll need a separate cable. And you won’t be able to fast charge as none of these devices support fast charging.

• Yes with a usb c to lightning cable ..buy  cords ..or there are now some certified 3rd party cords ..make sure its got the  seal of aproval though

• Do NOT use this 29Watt Apple charger to charge iPhones older than the 8. So your 7 and older will be damaged if you do. iPad I am not sure.

• iPhone 7 absolutely, iPhone 4s I don’t know if it supports fast charge and newer iPads yes it will work
