By the 96w as it will only Charger your computer faster. It will not overcharge also. The 61w will charge but at a much slower rate.

If you get the 61w your system won't actually be able to maintain a full load without draining the battery (even if plugged in). The 96W can power your system even if its running at full tilt, where the lower wattage one can't. Only if your laptop is running near idle can the 61w actually keep it running (and even then it will struggle to keep the system running AND charging at the same time). Don't cheap out here, get the 96W.
