QuestionCan this be used with the 13 in. mac pro?

- Answer Yes, it actually can be used on ANY Macbook laptop, regardless of Air/Pro or otherwise so long as it has a USB-C port. Even though it's rated for 96W, that's only it's maximum. It can charge any device up to that wattage. I use it for my iPad Air 4 as well.

- Answer By the 96w as it will only Charger your computer faster. It will not overcharge also. The 61w will charge but at a much slower rate.

- Answer If you are referring to the Apple power adapter the answer is yes. You can do this for the adapter for the laptop as well as for the power adapter for the iPad.
