“How effective is the noise cancelling actually? Most headphones claim noise cancelling but are terrible”

• I would say this is pretty effective, I’ve tested it out by using the noise cancelling effect and see how loud my fiancé can talk before I start hearing it. Does the job pretty well.

• Really cancels the noise better than any other wireless earphones, even in the Noisey NEw York Subways, even better than my Bose 700.
