• I'm really not certain if the ones I have are the 2019 version but I purchased them in April of this year.

• Airpod Pro's originally launched in 2019 and have not had a significant update since launch. So, yes kind-of? Apple H1 Chip, noise cancelling, and a wireless charging case - all needed elements when pro launched have yet to need refinement.
