• I paired them to my HP Spectre x360 and also my generic desktop computer via Bluetooth and Windows 10. No problems.

• They can pair to any Bluetooth device, but Apple is easier

• Yes you should be able to it works with my chrome book perfectly fine the AirPods are Bluetooth so if you just hold the pair button on the back it can connect to anything Bluetooth

• I was able to pair it with my Dell laptop without any problem. I imagine it should be the same with any Bluetooth enabled laptop.
