• If your Powerbeats are still able to be returned, you can return them and purchase the Pro’s.

• I’ve been trying to find out the answer to this as well, but I personally haven’t found anywhere that was willing to do a trade-in. So far I’ve figured the best option would be to sell them online to try to make some money back.
