The AirPods Pro are now my first choice since they fit well and don't tend to fall out of your ear. I still love the PowerBeats Pro, but the case is too big to carry around in my pocket. The AirPods Pro are light and small so I carry them with me in my pocket always now.
All of the reviews that I have read prefer the AirPods Pro. I have not listened to the PowerBeats Pro, but what I’m reading is that the PowerBeats tends to have more treble than bass compared to the AirPods Pro. I have had several over the ear Bose noise canceling headphones and I have to say I like the AirPods Pro a lot more. They are comfortable and are easy to setup and use. The only complaint I have is the price.
Yes, I owned both Powerbeats Pro too, I gave to my friend after I got this Airpopds Pro. (1) The Powerbeats Pro connection is not stable (2) made my ear not so comfortable to wear (3) Airpods pro have the noice cancellation & very comfortable to wear all day (4) The Powerbeats Pro charger are way too big & bulky
They are very similar, although I would suggest getting the AirPods pro. They have noise cancelling and transparency mode, where Powerbeats Pro do not.
For the noise cancellation and the controls I think it's worth it.
Any money you got is worth it. You must get this if you want true Noise Cancellation. You can also use this for athletics as well. This is that classic and well known luxury that Apple Products are known to bring. This is innovation for all who can afford it. Other than the battery not lasting long and getting the full effects of the transparency mode (a mode that allows you to hear what others are saying without removing your headphones or turning off your music) there are no major qualms with this device. Enjoy!
