• I have a usb charging adapter to charge my iPhone and other devices. I use the cord that came with my phone to charge them instead of the cord that came with them because that would require me buying an adapter. I wanted to make sure I would not have a problem with this so I called Apple and they said as long as I used an approved cord this was ok. I hope this answers your question.
