They are similar to the original AirPods and AirPods Gen 2. You charge the AirPods themselves by putting them into the “charging/carrying” case. Then you can charge the case two ways, 1. Wirelessly via Qi charging or 2. via a lighting cable The included accessories are extra silicon tips (sizes are small, medium, and large) and it comes with the charging/carrying case and a USB C to Lightning cable. Be warned, the lightning cable that comes with the AirPods Pro is not the regular USB lightning cable. The end that plugs into the charging block is USB C instead of USB A. There are not currently many other accessories for the AirPods Pro yet. There are 3rd party skin wraps or carrying cases to put your charger case into to protect it and there are some wing tips/adapters online. Nothing from Apple yet.
