Yes, my AirPods stay in my ears without any problem while working out. I've never had one fall out. I run, bike, lift weights and do some jump roping and never had a problem. I don't jump rope for hours like you do, but once in my ear they don't move even when I sweat. I think you will be very pleased. The good thing about Best Buy, if you get the AirPods through Best Buy and try them, but don't like them you can always return them. Good luck!

My right ear pod falls out frequently on its on and they slide around if you sweat. This could be dependent on ear size but they will fall out , mine fell out while walking.

I just simulated rope jumping for 5 minutes and they stayed in position as they always do no matter how fast I turn or move my head. I don’t know how the sweat factor could affect but I don’t think it would. Anyway there are some accesories to secure them in place available. Hope this helps.

Mine do fall out. I have small ears. IF i remember, because you do forget they are in your ears, I just push them in my ear and they will be fine. They do get a little heavy if you have them in for 3-4 hours but I still love them. The sound is great. They charge real fast. You can get an accessory kit that has a plastic hook for around the ear. Get them and the kit. You won't regret it.

I ride a Harley daily with the air pods and they do not move. I bought the accessories that work like my wired Bose earbuds locking the airpods in and never used them. They fit better than the wired apple earbuds at least with me.

I was wearing them while raking my Mother’s backyard. One fell out and with help from others we fortunately found it. It was a really hot day and I was sweating torpedoes. I won’t wear them again while working in hot temperatures again, too risky. Other than that I absolutely LOVE them. I will look into the kit to make them more secure so they can be worn while working outside.

This may not answer your question but I have lost one. I was hiking with a floppy hat on with the string that holds the hat on in high winds. When I took the hat off one of the ear buds caught on the string and came out. I did not feel it fall out. Other than that I had no problem.
