“I live in a climate where during the winter the temperatures can get extremely cold. I have noticed with my Beats wireless headphones the cold temperatures cause them to cut out. Does anyone know if the Airpods are affected by cold temperatures?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used them in 5 degree F weather for a limited time and didn't notice drop outs. Suppose if one is out hiking that may not be the same. Also, when the case gets cold, I warm it up with my body temperature. I've noticed that all cell phones react poorly when they are left in a car with extreme temps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used my air pods while shoveling snow for about 3 hrs straight in about 25 degree weather, idk if this is the type of cold you mean but if it is, mines were fine the entire time. Hope this helps.
