“I bought refurbished earbuds and when I remove 1, the audio stops playing. I’ve heard from others that isn’t supposed to happen. Is this due to the refurbishment?”

The one being removed will automatically turn off to save battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My daughter says that when you remove them (even just one) from the ear that it does stop playing the audio but when you insert back into the ear again it starts right back up. Hers are brand new.
