- Answer Airpods have never came with a plug mainly because the target user would be a user that has an iPhone which charges with the same cable so however you are charging your iPhone will also change your airpods

- Answer Make sure charged up. The act of taking them out of the case turns them on. Turning off is done by placing back in case.
