A:AnswerScratches and/or dents may be found on the item if this was already the state of the item when given back to Geek Squad due to technical issues. In my experience, the product was pretty clean and decent. But of course, I had to wipe and clean it myself just to be sure because I don’t know where it came from before me.
A:AnswerI suppose they are. I bought 3 pair since there is a limit of only 1. It was a horrible experience. Bought the 2nd gen with wireless charging. Recieved only 2 that was correct but looked used and not clean and not factory reset. Other one was 1st gen sent in a 2nd gen box no wireless case, charging cable was broken and stained green. Had to go to store and resolve issue and pay the difference on new ones.. 1st and last time I will ever buy geek squad certified. Better of buying new.
A:Answeri guess if it’s still on the period of time they give you to return yes they can be return. if you pass that period so No you will need to get new ones like it’s happening to me.
A:AnswerI ordered through the physical store and the salesman said they do have a warranty as they are serviced by the Geeksquad. I noticed the Website says 90 days parts and labor.
