“I see some reviews about people not receiving a wireless charging case and/or the airpods coming with earwax and very scratched and beat up finishes on the AirPods. Does “Geek Squad certified” mean that I won’t be receiving AirPods with those issues?”

Scratches and/or dents may be found on the item if this was already the state of the item when given back to Geek Squad due to technical issues. In my experience, the product was pretty clean and decent. But of course, I had to wipe and clean it myself just to be sure because I don’t know where it came from before me.
