My new Airpods are incredible. They work great with my Iphone and I never want to take them out of my ears!! Best Buy is the best.

I’ve had an excellent experience!! First they came early and the packaging wasn’t damaged very neat! But the best part of it all was the AirPods looked brand new no scratches or anything and the ear parts were clean! Sound quality wise was perfect and they were easy to connect! I’m so glad I paid half the price and got pretty much brand spanking new ones!

Can really tell the difference between the real thing vs. imitation pods. The distance I can be away from my phone and still clear audio is great. Bought a great case too!

The price is lucrative, but they don’t do a good job of cleaning them out. Mine has someone’s “ear crust” embedded into the grill so deep that you can’t use a Q-tip to get it out and the only other option to clean it is to suck on the tip with your mouth. Save yourself the nastiness and get them new and clean.

Got item for a gift and Best Buy stickers all over item. Not happy. When I tested them out they are called “ illegals AirPods”! This tells me they did not do a through test let alone any kind of test to ensure they meet refurbished standards. Since I ordered online I called to get help and they declined and told me to go to the store. When I spoke to the store they said they can’t do anything either other than I can return item. I wanted them bc of the sale price. ($135) and didn’t trust the geek squad refurbished. I asked if they would double warranty and was declined. No help. Not happy!

These were a gift for our son for Christmas. I wanted to get him the AirPods with the wireless charging case and considering we had other expensive things to buy, we purchased these refurbished pods to save a little cash. They work perfect and he loves them. There were a couple small surface scratches on the back of the case but other than that there were no other identifying marks separating these from new ones. They came charged up and ready to pair. As soon as he opened them his iPhone detected them and with one push of a button he was up and running. He uses them daily and couldn’t be happier. Save yourself a few bucks by purchasing the refurbs.

It’s very lite compact, love the features, sound is clear treble with a clean sustainable bass. True wireless it’s made your your iPhone it’s best compatibility plus the new charging case. Had my doubts @ first but after I had them there were nothing alike except only use my Powerbeats 3 wireless for workouts.

Pros: - It's more comfortable for my ears than things like galaxy buds when wearing for more than two hours. Other earbuds made my ears hurt if wearing more than 30 mins. - Good sound for music. - Quickly connect to phone. Cons: - Pick up too much surrounding sound. I usually do voice calls with these airpods and the person on the other side always hear the surrounding noise louder than my voice even though I talk very loud (like the noise from the faucet running or tv). - Sometimes it still connects to the phone but no sound. Happens a lot. I'm listening to music through the airpods and suddenly there is no sound even though the music is still playing on the phone. I have to turn off bluetooth, then turn on and reconnect the airpods for it to work again. - The sound from the left pod is always lower than the right one. I have three different airpods bought new and refurbished from different sources, and they are all same. Right pod is louder than left one.

I recently purchased the refurbished version of this airpod and can't state how happy I am with the sound quality of this product. I haven't used it for long hours to comment about battery life yet but so far I am satisfied. It paired instantly as soon as you open the casing which was nice. The overall fit and the ergonomics of this airpod is quite good.

Only good purchase I’ve made in Best Buy the sound is clear they don’t fall or anything they won’t hurt you’re ears

This game s seriously great product by Apple. Love it.. very helpful for work out and also the wireless charging is a game changer. The clarity of ear pods is awsome.

The sound is amazing. They are very comfortable and the charging case is great pop them in and charge while small enough to fit in your pocket. Easy set up. Great buy!

I wish I would have bought them sooner! They fit my ears better than the wired apple head phones that come with your phone. The battery life is excellent. I also like that it makes a sound when you put them in your ear to let you know they’re connected. I did buy refurbished ones simply because I wasn’t sure if I would like them or not. But they were like new!

Excellent sound, fits perfectly in ear canal. Battery life is amazing. Will be upgrading soon.

We bought them refurbished and they are just like new! They work just as well as my husband’s which were purchased as new. And it was a great price for them to come with the wireless charging case. The only thing that I would say is if you get them as a gift, the box is not like new.

Got these on a flash sale. Excellent price. Appeared to be brand new. Can’t beat sound quality & ease of setup. No more wires!

For some reason my AirPods 2 one touch does not work on any of the two even I have been trying skip a song. I even went to my iPhone Bluetooth and tapped on the blue eye when connecting to the AirPods to set the left and right air pods to what I want them to do. And even when I set the to do what I want then to do like double tap skip to the next song for the right air pod. Or double tap to previous song for the left but still does not work but in the end they are still good with sound quality I wish I did not have to pull out my phone to go to a certain song but that’s that they are still good.

love these more than I thought I would - fit great - great sound - only thing is every now and then it gets goofy with trying to connect with Bluetooth - it sometimes get a little static sound and also sometimes skips in and out and it doesn't distinguish between my car and my phone - doesn't have anything to do with Best Buy its just the product. Still happy I bough them!

Worked and looked as if they were new. Bought them as a gift and they loved them.

I ordered these refurbished AirPods and have been thoroughly satisfied. They do everything they are supposed to do... they connect automatically or with little effort when switching between devices, the sound is great. AND people can hear me on phone calls— which was the main reason I got them. The wireless charger works well and I would recommend them to anyone— you won’t be disappointed.
