Q: Questionhow is the condition of the watch? is it scatched on body, face?

• A:Answer The unit I received it was okay, but what I order the strap they didn't send the same. They are not reliable what you order and what you'll get may be different, in my case I had bad experience, phone support advised go take it to the store they will help but when I visited there they said no since you bought online send them back.

• A:Answer It means it was used and that the original band has been replaced with a knock off cheap band
