A:Answer As a Verizon customer, I went into BB to purchase a new iPad, not knowing there was a VERIZON Rep there, at the store to help with my decision. She did EVERYTHING I needed to get me set up for use of my iPad. About 90% of my stuff transferred over & I worked on the rest in my spare time. All done now, & all is working fine!! It being a cellular unit, instead of WiFi is confusing to me, a little, but my speed & access has improved,& that’s what I was looking for.
