- Answer This is the 2018 IPad model. It came with IOS 11, but we have upgraded it to IOS12. I am not sure what they ship with now, but it definitely can run IOS 12 effectively.

- Answer Nope. There is no such possibility for upgrading the memory and also you are stuck with fixed internal storage. There is no option for external storage expansion.

- Answer Camera takes good pics. If you are looking for portability you might like dg camera or phone better as this is an iPad size. Word processing (Pages) took me awhile to get used to as I was used to MS Word prior to using any iPad. An Air Printer is a must ! MS Word is available but was still different from the version I had been using. What I do like about Pages is you can choose to send something as a PDF file so recipient can open easily.
