“what if I am going out of USA for job purpose , say for about a year after I purchase this, Can I use this with other operators abroad? I mean is it like sim changing? or if it's something like 'unlocks after 2 years' like thing. Please clarify”

Visit your local Apple center or Best Buy store. The answer to that question is so complicated that even store personnel sometimes don't get it right! Good luck.
