Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have that same iPad and I don't have any problems with the keyboard or touch screen sticking and I have had mine for a little over a month . I would suggest taking it back to where you purchased it as it might be defective. I hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not exactly sure what you mean by it sticking a lot. On my ipad2 my fingers "stick" a little but I believe that's due to it being a glass surface. If you touch any glass surface, it should be pretty much the same. Unless you've put on a screen protector that is causing it to stick even more. Have you tried playing around with any other ipads at any other retailer or apple store to determine the difference? That could help you tell if it's normal or not.
