• A:Answer This will depend. If you mean you have a cellular plan with a carrier on a current iPad, transfer should be easy. If it is on a cellphone, and you want to use it on the iPad, that will be different. In the second example (cellphone plan to iPad plan) it's best you ask your carrier about the steps.

• A:Answer Yes, all cellular versions of every iPad in apples line up has a GPS antenna. Again, ONLY the cellular versions have this antenna. The wifi versions DO NOT have any sort of GPS antenna.
