Happy customer
I love my new mini IPad, Ava was a big help through my whole experience. I also love how it fits into my purse. Some times my GPS in the car doesn’t work correctly, but I always have my iPad with me in Google maps to help me get to my destination thank you, Best Buy and Ava.

It is good, but it needs an update…
I gave my nephew my 13 inch iPad Pro M2 for college and purchase this to fit in the slings and stuff I am carrying more often these days, and to hold me over to when I can afford one of the new M5 iPads. The problem with my 13 inch iPad was it was very fatiguing to hold, didn’t fit in said sling bags, and connecting it to a controller clip switch style was not a real option (I game stream a lot). This size works for all of that, but the screen and battery life are just too much of a hit for me to truly love this product. It’s a good screen but not a GREAT screen (and the new iPads are even crazier than my M2) and the battery life really is a downer. Still, it fits the role well and will likely stay in my possession even after I get a pro though I must say the 11inch seems like the size I maybe should have gone for. I hope they upgrade the next iteration to improve on these points! But holding it for browsing, watching content, and gaming it’s great. Feels really good to pull this out at a coffee shop without carrying a full blown book bag.

Love the small form factor!
Very happy with this little guy. Bought it to support my drone flying, got all the apps and can do flight restriction checks anywhere. I have an adapter that allows it to act as my First Person View (drone camera view) attached to the drone controller.
