- Answer Yea you can, Best Buy surprisingly was the easiest place to deal with when it came to trade-ins. They applied my credit right on the spot directly to my new phone without having to mail anything in like other companies.

QuestionMy new phone came with a charging cord but it is not regular USB and doesn't fit any chargers we have. Also didn't come with a charger. Is that normal?

- Answer Yeah that’s an Apple thing. Sadly in this day in age they want you to buy the new box separate from getting a new phone, I was a little upset as well when I found this out. Thankfully I still had my old charger so I didn’t have to buy the lightning C box as well.
