Q: QuestionThe Best Buy salesperson states there is a $300 bill credit for an IPhone 11 pro max but will not provide this in writing. The salesperson states there is only an internal document and that this will not be documented in any paperwork. Is this normal?

• A:Answer Yes that’s normal Your carrier credits you the promo price But do check w your carrier 1st just to be doubly sure that they are having that promotional price and how the credit you the difference Just to put it in layman’s terms Best Buy only facilitates the sale Your carrier is actually the one giving you the promo and the contract is between you and your carrier that’s why the actual bill shows up on your carriers bill Hope this helps

• A:Answer I do not pay for the watch via ATT nor do I have cellular set up on the watch so I don't know how much help my answer will be. It depends on how much your watch costs. Divide the watch cost by the number of months you plan to finance it to get a primary cost, then add some for "administration" or something else to get your bill total. If you have ATT they tell you how much it will be. My watch ix 40 mm without an additional cellular line. I financed through Best Buy. Cellular option is for people who want to go without the phone and just use the watch. Not me, I can answer calls and messages without my watch without the extra. It costs $ 10 per extra line, I have 4 lines and unlimited data. you will find lots of different prices on this option. if you are running a setup like mine expect to pay abut 180 per month, depending, on insurance and a ton of other options.

• A:Answer If you are an ATT customer, you can use their ATT next program where you pay a monthly fee for the phone for a specified period and can trade in when 50% is paid off. Their alternate program allows you to pay the monthly payments until it is paid in full then you own the device. Either plan allows for early payoff or additional payments to be made at anytime on att.com. You can do all this at best buy, att store, att.com or by calling 611 on your at&t phone. You can have a financed phone on each of your 5 lines on your account. I just got the iPhone 11 pro max and I love it!
