• There is a lip that keeps the phone from falling directly on the screen but I still have a screen protector on.

• Yes, I have a Morphy for my promax and I have the Apple iPhone smart battery cover for my 11 promax. The protection of both is the same

• Yes, even a bit better than the Mophie, because the case actually covers the lower portion of the phone.

• Yes, top to bottom. Also protects the screen from drops since the case has an elevated lip.
