- Answer You must purchase the new phone at full price, (they will give you an estimated value for your phone prior), and after that’s completed, they take your existing phone, transfer the data to your new phone and wipe it clean. It’s then sent in to their rehab department for formal assessment and your account will be credited with the value in a few days.

- Answer Yes, Apple is a global company and supports all its products and customers. As long as it’s paid for. Your IPhone can be unlocked from the cellular carrier. Activation lock must be turned off.
